Decatur Clinic

Referred by my cardiologist as a follow up to sleep disorder testing for consultation. Had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment. Contracted bronchitis two days prior to the appointment on 8/28/2015. Called the morning of the day prior to the appointment to cancel and reschedule and was told to come in anyway.

Called very early the day of and left lengthy voice mail cancelling appointment, for sure, as I was on the way for bronchitis emergency treatment.

Never had any call backs or emails to confirm their receipt of the message but was presented with a mailed dun for the missed appointment from their home office, a week later.

I am not a registered patient at their clinic and have no records there, save for my referred trial results from my cardiologist. I have tried to contact them and tell them I will not pay, but only receive follow up threats of collection for this paltry $20 dun. It isn't the amount, it is the theft by no services that I will to convey.
