Chick-Fil-A

I bought chicken noodle soup (from the drive thru) but they left out the first ingredient listed: CHICKEN!!! So I went back to the restaurant, waited to be acknowledged and when no one said anything after 3 minutes of waiting - I asked for the manager. Dori acted bothered that I had an issue, took my soup, swirled it around to determine if I was being truthful and took it to the back. She returned a minute later after having someone add chicken.



Chick fil-a has high standards. I love their food. I love their service. This visit was not indicative of what this company represents. I will continue to enjoy them. But the level of customer service at this location needs to change to reflect Mr. Cathy's values.
