        Incompetent As Hell!!

        In fall of 2004 I took my '89 camry to these guys for repair. They charged me a whopping $1,100 to fix the car. I thought the price was just a bit high but I had no choice but to pay it as I desperately needed a car. I assumed that for that price they must have done some very fabulous things to my car which was only worth around $2500 at the time.



        When I got the car back I noticed they had left their oily finger and palm prints all over the front and side of the car. Considering the money I was paying them this seemed just a bit careless.



        Several weeks after I paid these guys to fix my car I was driving and the car simply stopped running. I had to have a tow truck pick up the car and take the car to another auto mechanic. Come to find out, the firestone people had not really fixed much of anything. In fact, to this day I'm still not sure what I paid them $1,100 for!



        I ultimately had to salvage the car just a few weeks after paying firestone the $1,100 (which was about all of the money I had at the time). By driving the car around those few weeks after the car was "fixed" I had actually made the promise much worse.



        The people at firestone are incompetent liars who should be avoided at all costs!!
