Been calling for two days to make a warranty service appointment during business hours and always goes to voice mail. Left messages with no return calls.

bought a motorhome and was pleased with the good deal I got.The salesman Tony took his time explaining everything and I have had no problems..just FUN since my purhase!

We purchased a used RV from this dealership last July/Aug. First (and minor compared to the rest) we were told the slide seal replacement was on order and when it was delivered it would either be mailed to us or we could bring the RV back to have it installed. After several follow-up calls we have given up on this.



Most important, they messed up horribly when registering the vehicle with DMV and charged us $69 for document processing to do so! Although we had the funds wired directly from our checking account to them (no loan) for some reason they put a lienholder on our title. They also messed up our names reversing the first and last names which can't be corrected until we have a title. After call after call and being told someone "knowledgeable" would be looking into it we never once received a return call. After several trips to the DMV and several calls to the poor bank who of course had no loan to match the missing title up with we are finally making progress six months later! And with no help from them. I forgot to mention, the RV was also sold with only one license plate (2 are required by state law - another $20 fee there). We still have to pay around $65 in DMV fees for the release of lienholder and duplicate title that we should never have had to pay. But we will finally be done with it.
