I had an amazing experience with TIJAN JENG He goes by Tj! He was so amazing and his Customer Service was over the top, I truly appreciate his knowledge and expertise on finding the perfect vehicle for me. I came in without an appointment at 7 PM on a Monday night 2 hours before close and Tj got me in and out with an AMAZING DEAL ! I highly recommend him if anyone is looking for the perfect salesman hit up Tj, he’s very informative and he will do his very best make sure you leave overly satisfied. Not only did he give me the best deal on my new 2021 RAV 4 LE, He also had a competitive trade in offer that no other dealer I went to could beat when I brought my Kia in for a quote. I could go on and on about this salesman, he’s upfront, honest and a very respectable guy. He’s earned a lifetime customer for sure thank you so much for making my first Toyota experience amazing 🤩 also shout out to Shawn Payne in finance !! He really made sure that I got the best extended warranty, he thoroughly explained my contract and broke everything down he did not rush me and made sure I understood. Thank you Tj and Shawn I’ll definitely be back and also recommend to everyone I know !!!

Worst car buying experience ever! They falsely advertise the low interest rate, 3.99% which is not available to anyone. The signed me up for service contract which I was not aware of for $3k, and they extended the finance term from 60 to 66 months to make the monthly payment looks similar with the 3K service plan. I demanded to cancel the service contract, and they lied that they submitted the cancellation request. Don't get fooled by this place. Avoid at all cost. The finance manager requested a copy of my social security number which is NOT required for the finance. Not sure why she did that.

Let me share the names of sales person and the finance manager who lied through their teeth: Omar Carrillo, Jesse (don't know his last name), and Sindia Estrella.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. I've had my previous car serviced here before. While the staff have always been courteous, there was always an issue with the service. Bolts holding the components around the the engine were never replaced. Completely removed and never returned the air filter screws (had to use industrial zip ties to keep the lid in place while we ordered new screws). Minor scratches to the cloth interior. One time a lug nut was not returned after doing a tire rotation.

This time, the service center damaged my new vehicle and have yet to resolve the situation. Went in Saturday February 3rd for the 30k maintenance and state inspection. During this process, my vehicle was damaged and the windshield had to be replaced. It took them over 3 hours to gather the courage to tell me about said damage while I sat and waited (this should have been an hour/hour 30 turn-around). The bumper, hood, and roof all sustained damage. While they replaced the windshield "free of charge," they did a horrible job of cleaning up the mess inside the vehicle. To the point of "if someone sat in this car, they would have been hurt." There were glass pieces everywhere along the front seat, floorboards, dashboard, even the glove box! I understand that glass tends to travel, but the thumbnail size pieces were sitting on the passenger front seat. In plan view. There is no excuse to have had my car returned to me in such a manner. Instead of going back to the dealership to have it cleaned, I did it myself. I no longer trust them with my car. There was even glass in the air filters. I had to get new ones as a precaution.

It's now been a month since this incident occurred. No call back. Every time I call in I get placed on hold or sent to a full voice mail. The corporate office continues to do nothing and sends me back to the dealership.

Beware of Daniel Le who works at Toyota of Dallas. This guy bought 3 pool cues from us, asked us to ship to his workplace, which we did, and we had shipping evidence. The package was signed for by a "Huffman" who is also an employee of the company. 4 weeks later, Daniel initiated a chargeback through his creditcard issuer. He decided that he wanted to keep the cues as well as the money. Daniel is a scammer, a thief and should not be tolerated.

Sorry Toyota, you just lost a loyal customer

I was at the Toyota of Dallas with my family (my wife and 2 kids – 2yr old and a 7yr old) for an Oil Change for my Corolla at around 8:30AM on Sep 5th 2015. While we were waiting we decided to check out Toyota Highlander and a 2014 Mazda CX-9 as we were in the market for a 7 seater SUV. Abul, the sales guy, showed us the both vehicles and we enjoyed the CX-9 test drive. Finally we ended up buying CX-9.

But the way that we were swindled into the deal was a horrid experience. Here is how it goes. Abdul shows us a price tag after haggling around with him and comparing online prices was $24XXX that includes dealer fees and TTL. We were already an hour and a half into this. So it was 10AM. At this time Abdul says he will get the car washed.

We accepted to put in a $5k down and then rest goes into Financing with an APR of 8.9%. Monthly amount came at $358.xx Looks great and straight forward, right? Not really, now we were introduced to Chris Green, the Finance Manager.

This guy attempts to shows up three different Maintenance plans – Gold, Silver and Platinum. As one might expect every plan had pyramid structure of maintenance. We explained clearly to Chris Green that we DO NOT need a maintenance plan simply because we had 4000+ miles left on Manufacturer’s Warranty. Besides that we had lesser miles on the miles on the vehicle and on top of the CX-9 had just one year of life (2014 model) on it. Car fax was excellent as well!

With us categorically rejecting the maintenance plans, now he starts to pitch for Zaktek protection (a protective coating). Again we say this dollar amount is $358.XX high enough along with our Mortgage payments he gets into SWINDLING plan. He steps out of the office for a couple of minutes. Now the important thing is the time. When this was happening it was 12:30PM. None of us including our kids had breakfast and no other snacks.

He comes back and says he is able to get the Zaktek protection for a year for the same $358.XX monthly payment. We believed he was able to do it without any addition to the original $24XXX amount. Again he didn’t explain how he did that.

A week later I was able to contact the lender and learnt that he swindled us into the plan by reducing the interest to 4.9% and adding $2200+ in addition to $24XXX. Also he did put us in the maintenance plan too, which we EXPLICITLY said we DO NOT want it.

With all the trust I had on Toyota’s prior experiences (over the past 8 years I have had 3 corollas and still own a corolla) I signed the dotted lines without actually reading the price break up. Please folks, understand we are struggling hard with 2 hungry little kids.

Got out of Chris Green’s office and pleaded to the sales person that we come back later to get the keys as the kids were hungry The sales person tried to make us wait even longer but finally got off the dealership saying that I would come in that evening to collect. That evening when I went back to the dealership that SUV wasn’t properly washed.

Clearly could see the mud traces at the bottom portion of the driver’s side doors (front and back). When asked, Abdul says he could get it done any other time we wanted. Forget it; I’m not coming back to Toyota of Dallas.

After two weeks of haggling Toyota agreed to cancel and apply the $1100+ maintenance plan to the loan. But they refused to cancel Zaktek. So I lost over, sorry tricked for $1100+ Zaktek plan.

Sorry Toyota, you just lost a loyal customer.

After having a horrible experience at my last dealership, I decided to go toToyota of Dallas. When I came to the dealer, I thought I was going to have to wait for a long time and get bad service. I was wrong. My advisor was fast and courteous. The manager Eric Sanchez even came to the customer waiting area and was introducing himself to all the waiting customers. I was impressed. I will never go anywhere else.

They advertised (on their website and on Autotrader) specific cars (Camry XLE Hybrids) for $5K below MSRP. I called them to confirm that the cars were still available at the advertised prices. Drove 20 miles and spent 1 hour with them (mainly test driving and waiting for them) and found out that the advertised prices were mistakes. Waited for the sales guy to double check with the manager, then waited for the manager to double check with the "director." The bottom line: advertised prices were mistakes and they cannot honor the advertised prices. Their "best" price from the "director" was higher than a comparable car from another dealer. BTW, their "mistakes" were there last week and are still there today! Wasted 2 hours and a round trip to the dealer. The "director" offer to "pay for the gas" which I refused.

STAY AWAY FROM TOYOTA OF DALLAS!!!!! THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!!!!

I had an email from my salesman with the marked down price I was going to pay for the vehicle. It contained the VIN number, a picture of the sticker from the vehicle. After driving for over an hour to get to this dealership, they (including the manager) did not honor the price and said that was just to get us to come in. They lie to get you to come in and HOPE you will forgive them and do business. Only the very stupid would continue to do business with these jerks. This dealership is very run down and looks worse than most used car dealerships. We got up and left. I will never do business with liars and crooks!

All their salesmen are there because people are just not buying snake oil anymore. Expect to pay much more here. If you're happy with the service you probably got ripped off and are in blissful ignorance about it.

My father and I went to Toyota...

My father and I went to Toyota of Dallas to purchase my first vehicle. When we got there we were greeted right away and a salesman was able to help us promptly. Overall, they had a great selection. I didn't know what kind of car I wanted and what would be best for a first car. My salesman, Nicholas Madl, was very knowledgeable and explained what was best for what I was looking for. He was able to answer every question! He was super friendly and easy to talk to. I'm still building my credit but he was able to work with the managers to get me a great deal. I ended up taking home a corolla s and am highly satisfied. I'll always stay with a Toyota because of how reliable they are. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

This place ALWAYS ask unnecess...

This place ALWAYS ask unnecessary repairs. Be aware! Do not take their recommendations. You need to have a second opinion.

Although people are nice and many people are working there (good contribution to local) but this is not the first priority for the most of customers. If your break pads are half thickness, they recommend new ones. For 14 yr old car, if there is a minor oil leak, they recommend replace gaskets and other components of engine. This is ridiculous! They should present minimum and optional repairs. And they can suggest buying a new car, too. I complained about this greedy attitude a year ago but they failed to fix this tendency, thus I have to post this warning.

This time, I also have some doubt about their quality of work. I was recommended tire rotation and I took it. They did it and what happened. They put older tiers to the front without giving me any caution. About a week later, I got a flat tire at front right side and I decided to buy a new pair of tires since I know they were bit worn out. When I brought my car to Discount Tire, they pointed out a detached wire to the left side of front tire, and indeed, the shape of tire had obvious strain. That's why I couldn't add enough air (even 40 psi !) to hold the car straight. The problem is Dallas Toyota failed to issue me a caution!!! this is a very serious safety issue. They just rotate tire with $20 and did not observe the condition of tires. I have to say this is very poor quality of work.

To be fair, they are nice to me and they got heavy pressure for progressing business. I can feel that. However, I hope they re-thing what is the service their customers want.
