Superior Medical Management

As a person called on by this company, I received a voicemail asking that I call them to settle a bill. The voicemail included a telephone number and an account number for reference. Upon calling them back I learned that they could not look up and retrieve the account - to accept pyment - based on the account number because they had "35 databases". they needed additional information such as the original physician. Because it was my wife's medical visit and she was not available I could not provide them with enough information to find that account. I was told several times that they "can not look up an accout based on only the account number because there are 35 databases". I have to wonder about billing company that cannot solve the most simplistic account data management issues. I wouldn't want to be a client awaiting funds from these folks.
