This is a major cog in the prison for profit system. If you've used them once, they keep trying to charge you even afterwards, and if you don't put money in the account they repeatedly robo-call you. After much research, I was able to get their corporate number- 977.277.0300, but when you call they are unable to connect you unless you know the name on the person you want to speak with. Then take a message. Total scam making profits from families of inmates and YOUR TAX DOLLARS.

This website is extremely poor. Customer service is non existant. You can disk any one of their numbers and still always come back to the same recorded crap that tells you to log in to Securustech.net. You will not get any answers. These scam phone companies should get controlled and forced to have customer service.

Waited on hold for 58 minutes and still no one ever answered. Been trying to reregister phone for over a month. Terrible customer service when I did get through last time but still got nothing accomplished. Much improvement needed by this company.
