Rosemont at Timbercreek

I agree with darlene to a certain extent. They are not rat infested, but managment does treat certain tenants (black) that are hard working wrong. They think that we do not know tenants rights, and conduct business in an unlawful manner. Definitely will not refer anyone to this aartment community. There are other problems also like pitbulls on the property, uncontrollable children, trash on the property, broken gates, and maintenance not making repairs in a timely manner.

The managers at these apartments have been horrible. They have basically been all Hispanic, they try and talk down to you, thinking that they are superior, when in fact they are only a taco away from having to live in these rat infested apartment. And the property management office (Pinnacle - An American Management Service) are losers as well. All black people are not on welfare and waiting for handout. Some of us do go to work everyday and just want a decent place to call home for the time being. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS. THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR TENANTS!!!!!
