CCB Events, owned by Camille Cain Barnes, is an event planning and management company that assists charities, companies and individuals with fundraisers and a myriad of parties and events. Camille works with her clients to bring their vision to life and coordinates all meetings, vendors and day-of-event details. CCB Events also writes and edits content to market events on social media, websites and in print materials. The company promotes all of our clients’ events on our website and social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. CCB Events excels in finding the most effective and affordable resources for nonprofit clients so that the maximum amount of funds can go back to the cause. A complimentary meeting and a proposal of work is created and customized to meet the needs of each potential client.

Services/Products

Event Planning: Complimentary client consultation and proposal of work. We coordinate all pre-event meetings and develop an itemized budget with fundraising goals, as applicable. Research and present proposals and quotes to client for various rentals, decor and floral. Secure all talent including photographer, videographer, band, DJ, event emcee and speakers. Continue to liaison with client throughout the process. Event Marketing: Write content and post approved messaging on client and CCB social media and websites. Draft sponsorship materials with benefits. Draft press releases. Promote ticket and table sales to client contacts on social media. Manage the design and production of event materials including invitation and graphics for the web. Utilize client's CRM to promote the event. Create recap of the event with client to share success with client contacts. Event Management: Handle day-of-event responsibilities including event day coordination of venue, all deliveries, guest registration, auction, guest check-out, venue tear down. Camille wears the full Event Director role. Alll volunteers are also managed.
