        Returned to this practice when...

        Returned to this practice when Medicare clicked in: I like the level of care. At a general level, practice has changed. Dealing with bill revision/refund; not going well. Medicare is helpful and I have options. Albeit Medicare/private insurance, billing should be accurate. The billing office has yet to return my call.
