        Not what they said

        B&B replaced my furnace and air conditioner. We were given a verbal quote, over the phone on our answering machine, of the cost and told the installers would clean up after themselves. Well, it was a far cry from what we were told. When we recieved the bill, it was higher than the quote. I mentioned it and was told they'd look into it stating we want you to be happy and recommend our services. I've called several times and got the same lip service, but no refund.

        The men at B&B are very friendly, but watch out to what they tell you, it may only be lip service.

        overpriced & poor service

        Over priced and stood me up on two appointments in one week's time when they were supposed to come out.



        No one in the installation crew could speak English so I could not ask questions or voice my concerns at their sloppy work and leaving some things undone.



        Use scare tactics and high pressure selling to try to get you to purchase more equipment "hurry while it's on sale now".
