        I have tried to call WalMart many times in the last few days, looking for a certain item. I am constantly put on hold and wait til I am disconnected, or they hang up. I, like some, am unable to go from store to store and it is very frustrating not to be able to even talk to someone in the lamp dept. Same thing with the Lithia Springs store, and the Hiram store did not even answer.

        In general, I like the walmart stores. However, this particular location on charles hardy hwy is awful. Customer service obviously was not part of the staffs training. I say this not from one rotten apple nor one bad visit. The only consistency this walmart has is a clear lack of consideration for their guests. Additionally, how hard is it to have a answering service or even a recording that states hours and options. I will continue shopping at walmart, just a different location.
