OneWest Bank

i was OneWest Bank customer for last 4 years. it is convenient to place i live and work.
on my visit find out money missing from my account when i ask the manager(Sohheila Naim) and her associate ( Efre Figueroa) to do the investigation and get back my money ASAP because i didn't approve this transaction.
a month later back and forth told me they are not returning or do any kind investigation. the only thing they recomand me to do is to go to police file report and ask bank of America to return my money because one fraudulent from Bank of america customer make a call did his credit card payment. i ask to get this person name, credit card number, phone number and address. they keep telling me bank of America don't want provide them with information.
I personally went one of bank of America branch told the manger what append to me but he said sorry i can't help you with this mater. you need to go back ask your financial institution to request investigation Bank of America.
I went back told to them and since they are my financial institution they need to ask Bank of America to do investigation or get me the information i need to take him to court. the manger Soheila Naim told me she request that cant get the information or ask Bank of America for investigation. she cant do noting basically told me you are not get back you money.
Finlay i went onewest bank in Beverly Hills branch told the manger what apend to me she give me the cradit card information the person take the money and went bank of America ask the manager to do the investigation . they did that get my money back after 10 days.
Customer be wear the manger soheila Naim and Efre Figueroa are full of Micky mouses. they are complainant to do their job. if fraud append to you or need any kind help good luck with them. unless GOD help you. they are worthless in what they do.
