I took in our van because the LEFT front tire - on which we had a warranty - wouldn't hold air. They took my keys, I waited an hour. They told me it was fixed. About a week later, the tire went almost totally flat. My husband took it in and they denied having worked on our van AT ALL. Then, after he pushed, they said, "Oh, we worked on THE WRONG TIRE! We serviced the RIGHT front tire." They apparently couldn't distinguish the LEFT front tire from the RIGHT, the tire that was very low on air from the one that was normal. So, now the tire's shot. We had to buy a new one but even with the "warranty" we had to pay $ 90. Oh, and they added another year's "warranty" without asking. Without. Asking. If you go there, make sure you clearly mark LEFT and RIGHT on your tires. Maybe draw a diagram. Better yet, take them out and teach them what a low tire looks like. Lucky for them my husband was tired of arguing. Even more lucky I wasn't the one there. Needless to say, we're not going there again.
