        If you are looking for a place to help you set and achieve your fitness goals; iS.W.E.A.T will help you get there. LaTashia cares about her people and will interact with you as needed to push you and keep you on track. She helped me implement a Zumba fitness class at our church. She is a very good instructor and makes it fun. I look forward to the Grand Opening and you should too... Check out the pic I posted of her calories burned in our basic class....
