Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital

Many local Crow people have difficulty getting the right medical care to alliviate physical pain and obtain proper treatment when that treatment is costly and does not fit in with hospital guide lines. Poor treatment for managing pain in many cases. Failure to refer patients to outside doctors when it is expensive. Denial of surgery that could alliviate patients painful condition because of the expense. Long waiting times for treatment and surgeries. Patients being stuck with a doctor who is not treating them in a helpful way. Difficulty getting relief from grievances. This hospital sometimes serves the government and its interests rather than being an advocate for the health of those who depend on its services.
