Cancun Mexican Restaurant

I love Mexican food, but Cancun Mexican Restauant is the best., I'm pass here every year and I love to eat at Cancun's, they have good food, good Margaritas and the service is excellent........I love cancuns see you next year.

The food wasn't great and the service was just "okay". Both should have actually been better at the time we were there considering there were only two other tables with guests there at tge same time. The food came out quickly, but almost too quickly as if it were just heated up in a microwave. I don't like the "mexiwave" style of Mexican food, it should all taste very fresh and it did not. The attitude of the server was that they couldn't care less if we were there or not. No personality, no smiling and no desire to please us as guests. Save your money, go elsewhere and maybe you will be have a better experience than we did. I added this place to a growing list of disappointing food places in the Crossville area. :(

After reading a bad review for Cancun I have to say that I DISAGREE completely! I love this place! My family eats here quite often and I have to say we ALWAYS have a great service from the staff. We have never had a long wait for anything - seating, drinks, food, etc. The food is wonderful too! They even take to-go orders! They offer a patio outside and a nice quiet and clean place inside!

I found the food to be very good at this location...and the salsa was "to die for"..we go and buy it instead of buy the stuff at the grocery store...my family has decided this is a family favorite...what a treat to dine here. I found the service to be very good. You get a lot of food for your money. It is a nice enviroment. Clean. I found this to meet my expectations and more. Thank you Cancun staff!!! I do prefer the Peavine Rd. location over the one in Crossville... Hope this helps..

The service was horrible; their wait staff are not good by any means. I waited for 20mins before someone even came to take my drink order. Dont expect to them to be in a hurry to serve you or refill your drinks they. The food was okay, ive tasted much better. The only thing this place has going for it, is that it is clean an somewhat quiet.
