Cranford Ob-Gyn-Infertility

2 stars. doctor victor is very friendly and personable, but if you're looking for more than a kiss on the cheek and a friendly smile during your visit, this is not the doctor for you. his staff...esp the ones who handle the phones are just awful and uncaring! doctor victor also seems comfortable rather than cautious in his practice, and often down-plays/dismisses everything as "normal." .............try getting an appointment before/between your next scheduled visit if you're preg & you'll be faced with the phone staff telling you no for various reasons................or referring you to the hospital. not happy. plus you will NEVER be seen on time. no matter if you come in 15 mins early, right on time, or 15 mins late....you'll always wait at least 30 mins or more to see dr. victor. i've even started requesting the 1st apt of the day or the 1st apt after lunch to avoid the wait and it still happens regardless, even with an empty waiting room !! i tried discussing my birth plan with him and he told me it was for me, not for him............how is it for me when there's questions on there that specifically say they need to be discussed/informed to my OBGYN?!! ...........at first he was great, and attentive during visits. but now he is unconcerned. if i wasn't this far into my pregnancy, i would definitely find a new doctor ASAP!
