McDonald's

I spent almost 30 minutes in the drive thru line waiting for my food. Finally I got my food only to find that the fries were over salted and soggy and the hamburger was way over cooked and looked as if it has been sitting around. They have always had problems with the speed of service but the food was normally good but this time has made sure that I will not be going back to this location ever.

I went into the Latonia McDonalds restaurant Wednesday night, and it was a shambles. Absolutely the worst performance I've ever seen at a McDonalds restaurant in my 54 years. No table was bussed, the floor was filthy, only one register was able to be worked and the person on it was too busy filling orders to take new ones, one couple had waited nine minutes on.a sandwich... The sweet tea dispenser remained empty the entire time we were there. And so the line remained, food was slow, service abysmal. When I asked Danielle, shift leader, is she had all the help she needed, she didn't seem to think anything was wrong and told me that perhaps I should visit another McDonalds instead. Really? That's the words of a manager? One thing I s for sure, there aren't enough internet review sites available to write the truth about this operation!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I ate at this location for the first time 2 weeks ago and I was disgusted! Let me first say that I love McDonalds and I go 5 days a week for a Diet Coke in the morning! I've been to McDonalds all over the world (Europe included). Of all of the McDonalds I've ever been to, this is by far the worst.



I had my two daughters with me and we were waiting to order in the dining room on a Friday evening. The staff were so concerned about the drive thru that it took about 7 minutes for them to even address us. It took another 6 minutes or so for us to be served and of course our order was incorrect.



There was a young woman working drive thru who kept yelling and was so loud and so rude! I also was lucky enough to see her eating food in the drive thru and LICKING HER FINGERS! This happened right there in front of the whole place! She would then gather food and wait on customers! We saw her licking her fingers at least 3 different times! She also had a finger in her ear at one point! Yuck!



This place was so dirty! There were gnats and flies all over the place! It really looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in weeks! It was a horrible experience and I will not be back.

Latonia McDonald's doesn't even deserve a half of star let alone a whole star. Out of the 20 yrs that I've lived in Latonia, they have never provided me with even so-so service, so whats that say about them. I can tell you that they never get my order right and then after they do correct my order, the rest of my food is cold so whats the point? Honestly, I would rather drive out of my way and go to a different/nicer McDonald's with a much more better Customer Service. For example: the one on top of Taylor Mill Hill or the newer one over on 3L Hwy. The Latonia McDonald's has disappointed me to the point I don't ever see myself going back.
