Horrible communication. I was waiting on my refund check in the mail for almost 3 months. Each time I called I was told it was in the mail or it would take up to 60 days for processing. The last time I called she said they will put it in the mail today and I would have it by friday. Instead of waiting I decided to drive almost an hour away to pick up the check. If I would have known the way the building looked before I purchased the insurance.......I would have ran. It looked like a warehouse. THERE ARE OTHER INSURANCES OUT THERE...LET THIS BE YOUR LAST RESORT.There are a lot of hidden items in the contract.
