First time, great service!

I need to do a pre-travel COVID test before my flight on Monday but found no places in Corvallis which do PRC test over the weekend or is fast enough for my flight on Monday. The lab person Jerry (not sure if I got his name correctly) made an exception for me and walked the extra miles for scheduling an appointment for me and agreeing to expedite the test result so I can pass the travel requirements. What an exceptional customer service to solve my problem when I found no solutions elsewhere.

The technician collected the sample was very kind and helpful. The result came back very fast, and the document was well formed and satisfied all requirement for my international travel.

Was told to call the next day for test results. I called several times and left a message since no one answered the phone. I never heard back from anyone what my results were. Did not find out until I got to the outpatient surgery area which was 2 hours away. Glad it was negative or I would have been very unhappy.
