        Poor service

        Got my usual Caffe Misto with sugar free hazelnut syrup. Got in car, took a sip, no syrup. No problem, went back in and asked for the missing syrup. The barista took my cup pumped in 2, not the usual4 pumps, placed it back on the bar and turned back to making the only other customer in the store's coffee. No sorry, kiss my bootie, or even eye contact. Go to Starbucks at end of Staples. Night and day difference! Will not visit this store again! :(
