He is a sweet, warm-hearted doctor who takes individual time with each patient. we love him for all three of our daughters. I suspect the bad reviews are only because he has a thick accent. But he isn't that hard to understand, plus he gives freebies almost always. We love you Dr. Jake!

Horrible experience! I took my son to Dr. Jakubowski and it was the worst experience I've ever had in a physicians office. The staff was not friendly, and didn't even greet me when I came in ( I was a new patient). They told me I needed to get my child's past medical records on my own (they should always do it for you, especially if your a new patient), and they didn't even spell HIPAA correct on their own forms! The doctor threw the needles in the sink after giving my son his injections and kept the Biohazard Needle disposal bucket open at all times. (It's a Pediatrician's office) He has absolutely no bed side manner and acted like he had never been around a child in his life. His staff was the most unprofessional i've ever seen, and offered absolutely no Customer Service. I will never go back to him or any office where any of that staff is ever! I would recommend anyone who is considering this office for your child to find someone else if you want ethical, compassionate care.
