After reading the negative reviews I was somewhat apprehensive about shopping there. But I must say, it was an extremely pleasant experience. I called ahead and spoke to Kacy to ensure they had some emeralds I could view. As promised, they had a great selection and a wide range of prices & quality. There was no hard sell and the price I paid reflected a lot of value in my opinion. I usually shop several establishments before I make any kind of purchase for the first time but I broke my rule. I felt comfortable enough with the interaction and guidance offered to make the purchase then and there. What mattered most was how happy my wife was when she opened the box. Considering the contrast between the past bad reviews shared and what I experienced, I would guess there was a culture change motivated by new management.

I wasn't ready to get married yet. My wife picked the perfect place to take me to look at rings. I was not ready to buy. This guy made a way to get me into two lines of credit. I have been paying two years and still under the debt. He pushed my wife into pushing me into the debt. It could have been half the cost, but my wife says only buy me a ring one time. Lets get the right ring the first time. Over $3500! Ouch! My main post is I have decided to stop going to the store to make payments. They are so pushy to push their new promotions. I am not interested. I got the wringer the first time. Enough is enough. I will make payments online.

I completely agree with other reviewers about this store (please read the review left by a google customer 2 yrs ago and you'll see what I mean). And I really wish I had researched this store before going in. The salespeople are nice at first but just be warned, as soon as you walk in, they will try to push you into buying something (expensive). If you're going in just to look at engagement rings as a couple, make sure you both agree to stand firm beforehand that you are just looking. Otherwise, they will use a lot of pressure to make you think that a certain price of a certain ring is only for a short amount of time so you better get it right away. In short, if you have to be pushed into buying something and you're doubting the purchase to begin with, just don't get it!! You will regret it, I promise. Plus, I would rather my money go to a jeweler/salespeople that actually make me feel comfortable and not guilty for not being able to spend thousands of dollars on a ring. Trust your gut, if you're uncomfortable with the salesperson and the overall selling tactics and atmosphere, please look elsewhere.
