Plato's Closet Corpus Christi

I was impressed with this Plato's Closet. Cool new store since they remodeled and awesome selection. Coming back for sure!

Awesome selection. I always leave finding something I like. Sold for the first time today and they bought some and gave some back. Workers were friendly and explained why they didn't buy some things and what they were looking for.

This is a great store and the selection they have for both guys and girls is awesome! Pleased with the store and the staff!

What's not to like? Name brands, good condition, clean and organized, nice employees. Everytime I'm in there atleast one girl if not two are walking the aisles asking people if they need any help. I personally don't like to be bothered but I appreciate those types of efforts in business. Last time I went I got 2 jeans, 1 shorts, 3 shirts and a pair of vans for about $30. Everything was name brand and like new. Again, what's not to like?

This place is absolutely awful! I went to return something and the owner was doing the return and she had this angry expression that she had to walk out there and do the exchange. She wouldn't even look at me and when she was done she told the other worker to finish the return and picked her cell phone up and finished her call and walked off. Never have i experienced such rude behavior from a store.

Coolest place in town, hands down! The friendliest staff by far and so many cool things to shop for! Im in college so im always tight on cash so I come regularly to sell things but if I need a quick pick me up, I always come here for the best prices and cutest stuff! P.s. Ya'll pay the highest prices too, I know this because im a thrifty shopper/seller. Nothing compares to platos closet. Oh and I forgot to mention that when I was in the fitting room, the worker knocked on the door asking me if I was ok and if I needed anything. Who does that anymore??!! GREAT PLACE!!!

Don't go to this place!!!! I tried to sell some cute things and they offered me like 20 bucks for name brand things....I am so sad that i did not go to Threads before going to Plato's. Threads offered me so much more and actually took my clothes which I would have to say are in better condition than some of their current clothes. :(

Wouldn’t recommend this place at all! I was charged $71.34 on my card as credit and only bought $17.34 worth of clothes. The uneducated “manager” did a refund and promised me that when I left I could check my account and it would be in there. I went straight home to check my account and no refund, just a charge of $71.34. I called her and told her I didn’t see it and that I need that money and she said to give it a day, “maybe it’ll be in there tomorrow.” The next day (Saturday) I waited till 2pm and still saw nothing but the charge, so I called her back and she asked the head manager and she said it takes 3-5 days to go back in account. So now I’m out $54.

The reason I asked her if it was going to go straight back into my card because if she would of said no I would of asked for cash or asked her to do something else about it. I don’t have extra money that I can float and even if I did it’s still ridiculous that she did nothing to help me or show any sympathy for their mess up!

Those kids need to pay more attention to what they are doing when handling customers money and typing in the amount on their card machine!

I also must add that this was actually the 3rd time I’ve been in that store. (First 2 times I was selling my old clothes)

While shopping, I did notice some pretty dingy clothes and was surprised that they bought them from someone and refused to buy a few of my items that they denied.

I’ll never go back to that store again!!

Loveeee this placee. Great stuff I literally bought 7 items for less than 40 dollars. Store is kinda small but clean I can't wait to come sell.:-) :-) :-) there were 2 girls that worked there that were very sweet and helpful the girl that explained how selling worked and the girl that was by the dressing rooms lori and sam.





#Perfect store for a college student on a budget!

I have been there a few times, each time I go the aisles get more crowded, the clothes get trashier and uglier, there is hardly name brand things there. There are a bunch of teen girls running the place, don't expect good customer service. I took clothing to sell, all expensive name brand items and they told me they were too nice to sell in the store and they only take "comfortable" laid back clothes. It is impossible to try to look for clothing there. Everything is jammed in to the racks, the aisles can barley fit two people in. I won't be going back anytime soon.

Its a really good place to find name brand clothes with a cheap price tag! I found tons of Abercrombie, Hollister, American Eagle and Aeropostale there!
