J & G Armadillo Taxes

The worst place ever very unprofessional people and they have no idea what they are doing, please don't waste your money in this place

They said they're open every 1st Tuesday of the month yet I've come every first Tuesday for 2 months in a row and no answer at the door or on the phone ? I'm confused on how they work here but it's not right to say one thing and do another?

I am a repeat customer and have a great respect for the tax advice and education J&G has shared with me. Thanks!

I would like to thank this tax service for help and educating me on how much we can get back when we have creditable deductions and reciepts!!!! Make a spread sheet and be prepared with your information to get through the forms!!!! :)

I just want to say that J&G Armadillo's Bkkp is “Five Star “ tax service. Yes, this company not only have one location, it has several locations. Jeannette, Roy, and her staff do go out of their way for the customer(s)!!! There are no laws broken in this company, this company has been in business for more than 20 years!!! You tell me, how can this company falsely classify any documents when it is prepared in front of the customer and with the customer's information. But it is also reviewed with the customer. Everyone knows that if you do not have any information, then you are re-schedule for another time. J&G Armadillo's staff is very strict on information given to them!!! Another thing, this company does not give customers large refunds just because!!!, this company takes there time assistant the clients in decided which form is best for the customer to file using the itemizing deduction then the standard deduction. So you tell me, how can this company be fraudulent if this company uses the information what the clients give them. What will this company gain by classifying fraudulent tax returns!!! I really think, the persons who have written any negative about this company is the one who was caught given the fraudulent information to the tax preparer. I am not an employee, I am a devoted customer and seen this company grow due to their professional and experiences.

I have never had anyone sit down with me and explain my taxes. Jeannette and her staff are the Best!!!!
