Aston Designs

I have to agreed with the previous customer on the fact that Aston's has no customer service. Three years ago we built a home in which Aston 's supplied all the granite and tile for our kitchen, 4 baths, 2 half baths and all the tile inside and out and carpet in bedrooms. We picked travertine for the 1st and 2nd floor. Aston helped with this pick. After 3 years the second floor has numerous cracks throughout. None on the first floor. Obviously this was not appropriate for 2nd

Floors. When I stopped by the store to ask for warranty information I was told they were not interested in checking on this. They did not want to come by and see the problem. I left my contact information and no one has called.

I guess they have my money so no need on their part.

F floors

I have never been so horrendously treated as a customer by any retail establishment in my entire life. Mary, who personally handled our business went out of her way to be rude to myself, my husband and my contractor. She failed to mention that she was going to charge us a freight charges of $150, and fought us when we asked to have it removed. Not only was she beyond rude in that case, after I had already paid them 7k for what had been ordered, she called me this morning to make sure I wasn't going to skip out on paying the final $900 or so that I had already sent a check out for, but still had 60 days to pay if I had chosen so. I will make sure that no one I know ever uses Aston's for anything, and that goes for the network of plumbing contractors my brother-in-law knows. Maybe once Aston's takes a lengthy review of their customer service skills they will be worthy of serving the people of Corpus Christi.

Carrie Jo was a pleasure to work with and helped immensely! They did our house on Topeka...and now our (new to us) house we just purchased! Can't wait to see the finished product!
