Terrible! ABC Pediatrics in Corpus Christi is absolutely ridiculous and incompetent.



In my opinion, you should not trust your child's health to them.



After two months of trying, and setting the appointment twice, they would not give a flu-shot to my children after my pregnant wife showed-up for her appointment to get flu-shots. They also lost all the paperwork (actual physical paperwork) with all of our private information on it, which we have given them multiple times.



This level of ineptitude is astounding to me, I don't know if this is where the medical profession has come to, or this is just a terribly mismanaged practice. Either way, if my child were a patient there, I would find another doctor. It's one thing if it's me, but I just can't gamble with my child's health.

Horrible customer services, rude front desk receptionist. Went with my 2 kids to make an appointment in the Saratoga, Corpus Christi site and the front desk lady was beside rude, cold and she did not care I was a new patient bringing my business to them, she did not care I had a small baby in my arms and a toddler. I wait and wait and then left and she did not make any effort to take care of my request: To make an appointment as a new patient who move to town because work.
