Supreme Beauty Supply

I needed to buy a certain shampoo and I walked into Supreme Beauty Supply a little after 9 am. As soon as I entered the clerk said "What do you want?" in a loud voice. I dismissed her aggressive tone to a language or cultural barrier and told her that I am just going to look at some shampoo. After finding the shampoo more expensive than another store, I moved up front to look at make-up. She then asked again "can I help you". I told her that I had come in to price a shampoo to compare it to the other store. In response she demanded that I get out of her store immediately. She screamed "WHY ARE YOU HERE THEN? GET OUT. GO TO THE OTHER STORE". This outburst completely stunned me. I asked the clerk "Why do yo have a business? How can you scream at a customer like this" to which responded "YOU CRAZY. GET OUT." It so bizarre that I could not even get mad.

I love this store every time I come in I'm comfortable they always talk to me especially the owner I love it

I came into this store first time today. And it was the best services and they have everything of various of hairs they have compare to other baeuty supply. The clerks are very friendly, fun, good service, and always willing to help you to found what you need. I will definitely come back and shop at this store no matter what.

Clerks In this store were very rude. My mother and I were not greeted when we came into the store. My aunt came into the store and was not greeted warmly either, but simply just asked to leave her umbrella at the front so that it would not drip water all over the floor. I was not asked if I needed help until the last minute I was in the store and I believe that was only done because she was trying to get a good look at our faces. My aunt went to get her umbrella from up front, and that's when we overheard the clerk talking to the police about three African-Americans who possibly stole something. I knew she was referring to us because we were the only people in the store and the only other customer that entered in the store whilst we were there was Caucasian. We did not take anything and did not deserve to be treated in this manner. We will not be returning to this store again.
