8/21/13 – Our a/c unit was installed in 1992. It was working but not cooling. I emailed True Cool A/C at 2:10 AM. Terry of True Cool replied at 5:51 AM. True Cool Air Conditioning (Terry) was able to fit me in for a late afternoon appointment. His assistant said that he would arrive about 6 PM. I received a call that due to bad traffic, he would be delayed 30 minutes. He arrived on time. This is a very professional. Terry checked the system's pressure and added the Freon. He charged me what he quoted me plus a very reasonable charge to replace a busted compressor relay. I like that they have an A rating with the Better Business Bureau as an accredited business since 2006. I had the option to pay with cash, check or major credit cards. Terry fixed our air conditioner system today. There is peace in the house again. Hot wife, no peace in the house!!! True Cool (Terry) had previously repaired our unit in 2002 and my mom's a/c unit in 2003. We were happy with their honesty, price and professionalism. That is why we are repeat customers. I added True Cool A/C to my cell phone listings, so I could refer them in the future. It is hard to find an honest contractor. I recommend True Cool Air Conditioning for repairs or new installations of air conditioning units. You will be happy, just like we are. You will have peace again and sleep like a baby!!!



PS: A/C people work outside sweating under the heat so we could be cool and odorless inside. Most people will call several companies to get several estimates to get a lower cost. All A/C companies charge a set amount on each visit to cover for gas and their time for analyzing what is wrong with the A/C system, whether the client will fix it or not. I called a few companies and they all had this inspection charge. If an A/C company will give free estimates all day, they will be out of business.
