        After a really bad experience in AutoNation Chevrolet Doral, Mr Lenny (Service Advisor 8487) in Coral Gables provided me the service that I was looking for. Excellent customer service and really fast service. Thanks for your help.

        I changed the 4 tires because the Autonation service told me that I needed to. I did it, and ever since then, the tire pressure light is always on. I brought it back to them, and they said that one of sensor is broken. I was told that I had to pay for it, when everything was fine before the tire change...It seems that the service department should be responsible as the sensor was fine before thy did the work.





        Also I they charged me $217.36 to change the Air duct (it was broken). This is something that the warranty should have covered...



        I'm totally disappointed. Since I bought the car I've only taken it to the Autonation service center. I'm very dis-satisfied & I don't think I'll use that dealer service anymore. I will take my business elsewhere
