Still waiting on a quote from Redessah Graham....was under the impression my car salesman obtained one on the day my son purchased his auto over a month ago...then contacted ott over 2 wks ago and gave my email and phone number and spoke w Redessah myself, called back again next day to be told they didn't have my info but would get right back w me...and I'm still waiting...I've been w Ott for years, Michelle Allen has been my agent but is also my son in laws mother and I'm trying to get away from the business w family situation. I'm also going through divorce and trying to change the policy to remove my soon to be ex, and add my son,..I understand this isn't a common request , but find it hard to believe that it's an impossible task.
