Rude staff, rude maintenance, loud neighbors, people simply do not care. Complex has foundation issues along with mold issues. Parents let their children run around the parking lot unsupervised. Kids shoot BB guns at people, police always patrolling but do nothing. Office looses rent checks, maintenance is slow and rude very unsympathetic to your needs. Apartments looks nice on the outside but looks can be deceiving and most definitely are with this place. Spend your money elsewhere!

We have been in the apartments for almost a year and besides some of the tenants blasting their stereo at late hours on occasions the management is great and they get things fixed very quickly a d have had no issues at all. We would highly recommend them to others.

WE WOULD BE THRILLED IF YOU CAME BACK AND GIVE OUR COMMUNITY ANOTHER CHANCE. THE OFFICE STAFF HAS CHANGED AND WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY BAD EXPERIENCE ANYONE MAY HAVE GONE THROUGH. HOWEVER, WITH A NEW STAFF IN 2009 AND STILL HERE IN 2010 WE ARE RENEWING LIKE CRAZY WITH OUR CURRENT RESIDENTS WHO ARE REFERING FRIENDS AND FAMILY. WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE GREAT FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Management if just Horrible love the community convienent area neighbors were nice but management was enough to make us not want to renew our lease please think twice
