Londonbury

I have lived at the Londonbury for a year and it has been less than desirable. The gym is dirty, not well kept, and the machines are always broken. Parking is a major issue, if you get home after 8, don't expect parking availability and don't plan on ever having guests over, there is no parking for anyone to visit and the few spots they did have designated have now been taken up by large dumpsters. They leave notes in your door explaining things going on around the complex (not sure why they can't send an email), one time they left a note telling us a company would be inspecting our locks and making minor changes but that these people would be accompanied by a Londonbury employee, I happened to be working from home that day and the locksmith was not accompanied, that was worrisome. The staff is not friendly and unwilling to help. Storage space within the apartments is very scarce. They allow pets yet do not enforce that anyone actually cleans up after their pets so their is feces everywhere, including on the sidewalks. I've heard them tell potential residents about the "monthly" social gatherings they host, but in my year of living there I have heard of 3. If you are considering moving into the Londonbury, I would suggest talking to residents around the building, it is not worth the money they charge.

I am so busy it's hard to believe that I'm taking the time to write a complaint. However, I feel so strongly that this was a situation that needed to be addressed by the BBB. I would never want anyone to go through what I just endured. I recently explored moving into the Londonbury at Millenium apartments in Conshohocken, PA 19428. From my initial meeting with the leasing agents up until my cancellation and subsequent calls to upper management offices, I have received the most unprofessional, uncommunicative interchange possible. The people that work at this office and, after speaking to the East region office in Tampa, that office too, are rude, ambivalent, obnoxious, and unprofessional as a group. I would never for the rest of my life, endorse this company or any apartments attached to it. They are a disgusting group - DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
