Poor customer service from the phone call to the visit:(

Love this place. VERY friendly ( except for the young lady at the front desk). I have always had a great experience with Hogan Eye Assoc. Only complaint is the extremely rude receptionist. The lady that does the frames ( I believe Elizabeth?) Is always very nice and helpful.

I have always had good experiences at Hogan Eye Associates, and have been going here since I was a young girl. I have moved around a lot over the last 10 years, but I always make it a point to travel back to Concord for my eye appointments - I wouldn't trust anyone else.

My husband and I both went to Hogan Eye Assoc. on Loudon Rd. on 2 different occasons (giving them a second chance). Both times the associates were rude, impolite and seemed to make an effort to be unhelpful. One woman was supposed to be helping my husband find glasses, when she abruptly turned around and began talking to a woman near by, and then walked off with that customer without a word to my husband, not even, "I'll be right back," or "excuse me." My husband asked one of the receptionists to print out his prescription (so he could take is elsewhere to get his glasses) it took the woman THIRTY MINUTES to bring him his papers! On a different occasion I called about an incorrect contact prescription I had gotten from them, I talked with 2 different women and left several messages, NONE of my calls were ever returned. The doctors were rude and abrupt, not to mention completely WRONG in their diagnosis! They told me I had a stigmatism, which I DO NOT, I've gotten 2nd and 3rd opinions, BOTH of which confirmed that I do not have a stigmatism.

If you would like kind service, a correct diagnosis, and polite help, I suggest you find another optical business, because Hogan Eye Assoc. is NOT IT!
