Customer service was above and beyond what I would have expected. Cheryl M. notified me of a backorder, apologized for the anticipated 3 week delay, and then had the items in my hands 2 days later! I had never used Faucet Depot before but will happily use them again. Best prices on the internet (I did a lot of research), large inventory, prompt delivery. Very happy with this company and with Cheryl M. I'd recommend them to anybody. Thanks!

I placed an order with Teresa today and found her exceptionally helpful. She has a more than adequate knowledge of faucets, shower heads, etc., speaks clearly and is very patient. For future orders she is who I want to be talking to.

My first experience with Faucet Depot was so positive because of Ryan Maglinti. He answered all my questions concisely and clearly, and responded to all my e-mail inquiries quickly. The pricing at Faucet Depot was great, and the product I received was exactly what I ordered. The faucets are beautiful! And the delivery was so quick. It was great working with Faucet Depot!

I am remodeling my kitchen and laundry room and ordered sinks, faucets, and other fixtures from Faucet Depot. Their prices were the best, and they shipped the product very quickly. I just received an order yesterday that had an insta-hot water dispenser in the wrong finish. This was not really an error by Faucet depot, since the box was labeled correctly but the wrong product must have been sent out from the manufacturer. I called Customer Service at Faucet Depot and spoke to Ryan M. He was extremely helpful and made sure that I had a way to return the wrong product at no cost to me as well as ordering me the correct product. He answered all of my questions, and put me at ease with the entire process. I will highly recommend Faucet Depot to friends and family. This is a good company with great employees like Ryan who truly know how to provide great customer service.

Teresa immediately not only replaced it but gave me options on the replacement since the faucet had been discontinued and was no longer in stock. This is one of many purchases with Faucet Depot. They are able to supply parts for my faucet that I can no longer get with American Standard. Shannon Benton was most helpful in correcting an issue I had with my last delivery. I also did business with Rebecca and she was also more than helpful. The customer service is awesome!
