        Bad/Dangerous Service

        I went to Tire Discounters 6 days ago to have four new tires put on my car and the alignment deal. Things seemed fine, everybody was nice, polite and willing to get things done, or at least I thought. After I got my car back that day I was driving up I-270 and 3 lug nuts came off of 3 tires and I had to call somebody to help me get the car home. Tire Discounters paid for the towing of the car and did a couple extra things to it, but nothing would have been able to make up for it if I would have died on the highway because of their employee negleting their work duties. A tire could have came off all the way, I could have been pulled off the road by a tire not on the car, if I hadn't heard the lug nuts come off due to them not tightening them and not saying anything about needing a new stud because one of them was stripped which I would have paid for through them that day if they would have informed me of the problem. Point is they sent me out of their buisness with an unsafe car and I wasn't happy. I'm glad they were willing to do something about it, but honestly that's the least they can do because I could have lost my life that day and I think tightening lug nuts and in forming the customer of an unsafe problem that needs fixed is common sence. If you go to Tire Discounters on Georgesville Road please use caution and examine your tires in the lot before you leave!
