Stafford House

I’ve lived at Stafford House for over a year and everything has been amazing! The property manager, Megan is the sweetest thing and bends over backwards to ensure that your experience is positive. The apartments are beautiful, spacious and I’m so happy I made the move!

I moved from CT to Columbus and I had only 1 weekend to find a place to live. I was happy to stuble upon this place. Megan was so great and welcoming. She showed my parents and I the place and I instantly fell in love! The community it self was clean and welcoming. My experience so far has been great. Anytime I'm in need of something, Megan is only a phone call or email away. This experience is the completely opposite of what I experienced living on the east coast. If I needed something fixed it would take days before someone would even give me a call but not here. I was a little hesitant living in a community where there were dogs allowed but I barely hear any dogs and when I do they are being walked. Overall, I am completely satisfied living here and I truly recommend this place to anyone who's looking peace, an efficient management staff and the plus is your minutes from Polaris shopping!

The thing I liked the most about Stafford house is its proximity to stores compared to where I lived earlier. I loved the plan Stafford had to offer for the two bedroom category. Megan has been of great help and has made our move-in easy. The apartment itself is great and I enjoy living here.
If you are staying in the ground floor, you can hear your neighbor upstairs when he/she walks. Other than that, the place is great!

Moving into Stafford House has been a great decision thus far. Megan was super helpful in setting everything up and was able to get everything done over the phone since I was moving from out of state. The apartment is super spacious and there is more than enough storage which is unique for a 1 bedroom! The location is great- about 15 minutes away from OSU, 20 minutes away from downtown, and about 10 minutes from an excellent mall and tons of restaurants. It is also an incredibly safe area. Facing the main road is a little loud, but nothing compared to a downtown setting. There is plenty of parking and I’ve never had an issue finding a spot right outside of my door. I would definitely recommend this complex for anyone looking to move to the Columbus/ Worthington area!

Stafford House is a fantastic place to live. The complex is newer so the units are clean and modern. The courtyard area is the perfect size with just enough amenities. The management is super helpful and does a great job serving you and providing ways to stay engaged in the community. The location of the complex is a huge plus, as well! It is right across the street from the movie theater, Starbucks, Chipotle, and plenty of other options.

My husband and I just renewed our lease at Stafford House for another year. We love the small community feel and Ally, the property manager, is so caring and genuine. She has everyone's names and even suite numbers memorized. Any time we have had a maintenance issue, it has been resolved within 24 hours. Stafford House has been the perfect location for us - it is within walking distance from the Marcus Theater, Starbucks, and Pastimes ($2 beers yay!) and about 3 minutes away from 270/315. We are looking forward to another year here.

I was a stranger to Columbus and hunting for my very first apartment on my own when I stumbled across Stafford House. I had actually been looking at another complex nearby when I saw Stafford House and took note. I got a call from Ally and was so impressed by her friendliness and know-how I came in for a tour as soon as possible.

I rented my one-bedroom apartment here because of the following:

1. The design and finishes of the apartment blew me away for how much I was spending on rent.
2. The rent prices! I could get exactly what I was looking for (modern, updated, pretty) for under $1000/mo.
3. Location: At first I was worried since the apartment is located in the middle of a commercial/mixed use area but the gorgeous Highbanks Metro Park is five minutes away, I can jump on almost every freeway in Columbus quickly and there is a movie theater across the street. Not to mention you're minutes from the Polaris shopping center and about 15 minutes from Easton Town Center.
4. Customer service! I can always count on Ally to be my champion and help me with any issue or question I may have. The maintenance staff is also incredible and get my issues solved asap.
5. Parking. I never have to worry about finding a spot and parking is free! It's so nice for any visitors.

I love living here!

Stafford House is a hidden gem. It is that place that feels like home right from the start.
The location, clean modern build and quiet, yet friendly, community feel is so refreshing.
Safe, well maintained and responsive management were all very high on my list and exactly what
Stafford House stands for. Property Manager Ally creates a genuine relationship from that first phone
call or meeting. She truly cares about Stafford House and everyone here. It is a beautiful place to call
home!

We have lived in this community for almost 2 years and we love it. It is a brand new community in a great location and very good connectivity to 23-N,315 and I-70. Management was very good and easily approachable. Ally (Community Manager) is so polite and easily approachable. She's very proactive and helpful when it comes to work. Maintenance team acts very fast whenever there's an issue. Overall, We enjoyed living there.

I've lived at Stafford House for nearly two years and I still love my apartment. The apartments are beautiful, the area is super quiet, our neighbors are great, and our property manager, Ally, is wonderful to work with.

I have been living in SH for almost two years and I am very happy about the apartment. It is a quiet and nice place. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever I made some requests to the community manager, she addressed them promptly and professionally. I would definitely recommend living here.

I currently live here and so far my experience has been great. The area is nice/quiet, rent is affordable, and there is plenty of parking. Ally, the property manager is amazing and one of the reasons I decided to move here. She is always friendly, knows residents by name, and makes sure that any maintenance issues are resolved as soon as possible. She is an asset to this community, and if you meet her you can see for yourself why!

My friend and I recently moved here last month. The apartment is beautiful outside and inside. Ally was a tremendous help and she was very accommodating to us with our move-in needs. She is very friendly and always responsive to e-mails. The community is quiet and well kept. I would recommend this apartment complex to my friends or anyone moving to Columbus. The location is great as it is right by 270 and a little north of Clintonville.

Truly enjoy living here. The community is quiet but the residents are friendly and upbeat. Everyone greets everyone else. The property management staff is superb - accommodating, readily available, and committed to creating community. Always checking in, reaching out, and welcoming. Was able to see an apartment and move-in last minute with less than a week turnaround. Maintenance staff is extremely fast, professional, and efficient. Apartment is modern, spacious, and has all the amenities you could want/need. Highly recommend.

I discovered on a Sunday that I needed to move within the next week. I completed an online information request form and the staff at Stafford House called me back within a day (there were many other places that didn’t get back to me at all- SH was the first). Within an hour I was looking at an ADORABLE apartment that happened to be available immediately. It had everything going for it: lots of storage, large living room, spacious bedroom, huge kitchen (with modern subway tile and hanging lights), large balcony facing an attractive courtyard, huge walk-in closet, full size dishwasher, washer and dryer included- it was a NO-BRAINER. The staff was ON IT with getting my application processed, and within two days I had keys in my hand and the move went flawlessly. Every question and request has been answered promptly, professionally, and with friendliness by Ally and the staff, and I am absolutely loving it here so far. Thanks to Ally and the full staff at Stafford House!

As a new tenant and resident in Columbus, I can honestly say that the SH is by far one of the best apartment complexes near Polaris. Not only is the apartment comfortable, in a good location, but the staff - especially the Leasing Manager, Ally - is beyond wonderful! Ally made the application process easy, was friendly and just a pleasure to work with. I cannot thank her enough for all her assistance and professionalism. Our family is looking forward to becoming long time residents here at SH.

Home is where the heart is. Stafford House really is home. Brand new and beautiful apartments located within easy reach to a lot of things, marcus theater, polaris mall, highbanks metro park etc...
Ally, the property manager is awesome. She always went out of her way to address any issues or concern that i had. Friday cookie time is something we all look forward to. I already completed a year and i am about to sign another one.

Stafford House is ahead of the trend! Urban Living, Great Staff, Gorgeous apartments, and close to everything I need. No reason to live anywhere else.

Currently live at Stafford House and plan to sign another lease! Ally is very helpful and friendly, and she is very good at addressing resident needs and any possible issues (big or small). I love how much storage is available in my one-bedroom space! Having a washer and dryer in the unit makes it SO nice! I have utilized the grill area and fire pit, which are awesome! All of my friends are jealous of my huge kitchen and giant bathroom/walk in closet! Definitely one of the nicest places I have lived!

Stafford House is one of the best places I've lived at and I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering moving here. The staff here is very friendly and helpful and organize resident events frequently. Ally and Gabe are fantastic property managers. The apartments are new and luxurious and the facilities are great! The complex is located in a great neighborhood and there are plenty of things to do nearby.
