I switched to Monarch health as my primary care physician after years with another practice. I switched because of their attentiveness, their response time, their care and concern for the client and of course their skill.

I find visitng the office, whether for a routine checkup or an emergency to be a refreshing and very pleasant experience - so unlike other Doctors' practices.

The wait times are minimal, the office has a great overall appearance, the staff is very professional, the price are competitive, and the results are amazing. These are just a few reasons that I have been visiting Monarch-Health on a quarterly basis for Dysport Injections for over a year. Dr. Cole-Sedivy and her staff are fantastic and I won't remotely entertain the thought of going elsewhere.

I found out about Monarch Health on Groupon when I purchased a Laser Hair Removal deal. I was trying to decide if Laser Hair removal was for me but I couldn't beat that price for how many treatments I got! Ended up being very happy with my purchase - the results are great! I've never had this treatment anywhere else but I don't see a reason to switch - location is great, doctors are really nice, and its a great deal! I have fair skin and my results have been great. You aren't supposed to "tan" so not being able to lay out a lot this summer wasn't fun but it has been worth it! I recommend you try Monarch Health if you are considering Laser Hair removal!

I have been going to Monarch Health for a year, and can't say enough positive things about it. Dr. Cole-Sedivy is very personable, professional, and competent. Amal (aesthetician) is excellent at what she does, and the reception staff also is so friendly. The waiting room feels like a relaxing spa. Every time I go there, it feels like I'm visiting friends and getting great care!

I just recently became a new patient at Monarch and I couldnt be happier. The staff is extremely friendly and the office is very welcoming. Dr. Cole-Sedivy and CNP Joyce Casey have both been very helpful and professional. When I received quotes from other places in the area Monarch was also the MOST competitive with prices. I would highly recommend Monarch to anyone and I will continue to get all of my treatments done there. OVERALL PLEASURE!

Dr. Cole-Sedivy is an excellent doctor! She has taken care of my family for over ten years. She is thorough and takes the time to listen to your questions and make sure you understand your health. She helped my through an emergency a couple years ago. She was on the phone with my emergency room doctor in the middle of the night making sure I got the care I needed. I have sent many people to her practice who remain happy patients!

I have been a patient of Monarch Health for over 10 years now. The care that I receive from the staff has always been stellar. I moved from the Columbus area 6 years ago and still continue to use Monarch Health as my health care provider. I just cannot see going to anyone else. If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it. The staff always takes the time to ensure that I get the best quality care. From explaining a prescription use, to finding me the appropriate specialist that will give me the best care, I know I am always in good hands.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cole-Sedivy's since 1997. I actually don't even live in columbus anymore. I drive well over an hour to Monarch Health because they are simply the best healthcare providers in central Ohio. Monarch does offer many services, but their interest in my well being and healthcare has been amazing for over 13 years now! Anyone on here who is complaining because they won't refill prescriptions over the phone is a fool! I would much rather my doctor cared enough to check my progress in person rather than never seeing me face to face!
