TERRIBLE!!! I schedule an appointment and they didn't show up. I was moving to a new house and I wanted the carpet to be steamed before moving in. So I called a couple of times to make sure the appointment was confirmed and everything seemed ok till THEY DIDN"T SHOW UP!!! I called several times that morning and nobody answered. I left a message in the voicemail and they called me back 3 days later apologizing for the fact that they couldn't come!! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS??

Called, called and called- finally got an appointment set up. He had me move all of my furniture out in 3 large rooms out the night before. No call, no show- tried to connect with them and went straight to voicemail, mailbox full. If this guy stays in business I will be shocked. I had an entire neighborhood waiting to see what kind of service he brought, needless to say I informed them that it was a joke.

HORRIBLE!!!!! Took over two weeks to get a hold of him. Once I finally scheduled an appointment, he didn't show. I contacted groupon to get my money back. Great way to spread that your business is a joke!

HORRIBLE DO not use, this is the second time we had them schedule after a groupon and they didn't show up, didn't call, and there answering machine in full. DO NOT USE

If I could leave 0 stars, I would as well. After reviewing reviews we decided to give them a chance since we were in no rush. I bought a groupon & it took me about 2 weeks to get a hold of them. There was never an answer - always a voicemail then they'd call 2-4 days later, if even that. Then finally scheduled an appt. For a Saturday. The morning of I got a voicemail that they had a flat tire. He informed me he'd call back soon & let me know if it was fixed or not & if they could make it. Never got a call until the Monday after & because I was at work couldn't answer. He wanted me to call back to reschedule. So- had my husband call them & he did complain in voicemail about their response time. It's not the fact of having to leave a message but at least make a commitment to return a call within x amount of days. It's been about 1 wk since my husband called and left a message that he was upset with their communication method- still no word back! Needless to say we are contacting groupon in hopes to get our money back. My advice- stick with a company who believes in customer service & pleasing their customers. DO NOT use this company!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I purchased a Groupon for carpet cleaning. I had scheduled a cleaning and they failed to show. I had called several times to find out if they were even coming, but was only able to leave a voice message. Finally after more than TWO WEEKS, I received a phone call from Joshua apologizing for not showing and for the delay in getting back to me. So, I rescheduled. And, wait for it...no show again! I tried calling several times but this time got a full voicemail box. Great way to run a business!

I bought a groupon to have my carpet cleaned. They never showed up for the appointment, and their mailbox was full and not accepting messages when I called them. Called groupon and they gave me my money back. Joshua's Cleaning Service has lost the one chance they had for my business. If you're not going to show up, the least you can do is CALL!!

Tried to use a Gropuon from this company and kept getting "This voicemailbox is full" message. I finally contacted them through their website, and they called me and left a message. Another week of "This voicemailbox is full" until I could finally leave a message, and they called and we scheduled an appointment. They never showed, which means we blew a whole Saturday for nothing. I left another message asking if they were coming and have not heard a thing after two more days. We're getting our money back from Groupon and washing our hands of them. Not professional at all. Leaving a review here and on Angie's List, and telling folks on Facebook, too. Joshua needs to get a business cellphone and use it.

Joshua is AWESOME! My fiancé and I both felt that Joshua was EXTREMELY polite and friendly, and the service was fast and thorough. Also, I asked Joshua to clean one bedroom, the upstairs hallway, and the upstairs foyer because previous carpet cleaners that I had purchased Groupons for had said that constituted three rooms; HOWEVER, Joshua offered to clean ANOTHER large bedroom because he had advertised three rooms - WHAT AN HONEST GUY!!! Plus, the price can't be beat. Great guy, great service!

This company is horrible. I purchased a Groupon from them over a month ago. One person called within a day after I contacted through an email and left a message. Since then though I have left over 5 messages and no one has called me back. I called Groupon and was able to get credit on my Groupon account. I would never recommend Joshua's Cleaning Service. They never have a live person answer the phone and today the voicemail box was full and I could not even leave another message.

I called to schedule a cleaning. Their ad said 20 mile radius from I270 loop. My house was at the edge of that radius. Before scheduling, the rep checked with another rep and verified that they would honor the appointment. They called me the day before to CONFIRM the appointment and said they would arrive between 2-3pm. I took a half day off of work and waited, and waited and waited. I decided to call after 3pm to check the status and the rep said the guy wasn't coming. Why? Because he typed the address into his gps and it showed 24 miles (which was incorrect). Not even a phone call telling me they weren't coming. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I will never use this company and will discourage everyone I know from trusting them. They have a lot to learn about how to treat people.

After buying a groupon / I called the company to schedule service. Nobody picked up the phone or called me back for two days. I would never recommend this company for any job. I ended up calling groupon for my money back. This company shouldn't even be on the groupon app - they can't deliver.

Great guys! Joshua is very polite. I got my whole condo cleaned during my lunch break and all the stains all came up!! Great pricing as well!!

They're fantastic; got here early, and busted out not just the air ducts but also the carpets in less than an hour, and did a great job! Great guys, very nice and great at what they do - highly recommend!

These guys were awesome! They arrived right on time, explained the entire process before they started and were very open about what vent cleaning services would benefit me and which ones I could skip. It was very clear that Joshua was about offering a great service, not just making a quick buck.

They were very courteous of me, my sister with special needs and even our puppy. These guys were friendly, professional and I would gladly use their services again.

For the price, amazingly they got out a bulk of the stains that I had! I will be frequenting them for quite some time!

Beware... Steer clear of these guys. Rip-off and damaged my home !!!!
