Dropped van off at 1pm yesterday, it's 3 o'clock and nothing. I specifically asked if they could get it diagnosed and was told if not that afternoon in the morning. I could've had it on the rpad tomorrow, instead no word and I'll pay 100.oo for material delivery. And closed on Saturday, not pleased

I went into Johns Auto Service because my truck wouldn't start. They diagnosed everything very quickly. and everyone was pleasant!!!!

The service was fast and reasonably priced. Same day service is surprisingly hard to find and this was nice. The overall experience was excellent. I really haven't run into such good service since I moved to Columbus.

I came in to have my belts replaced. The people there are super friendly and knowledgeable. By far the best auto shop I've ever been to. Kathy is amazing.
