Improveit is not a good contractor. Pressure sales and shoddy work. Then they try to charge me more for things that should be included. Our bath remodel was a nightMARE! Never again. Save yourself the hassle, go local.

High pressure person just trying to set up the appointment. I had to hang up on him! And they kept calling back. I don't like these people.

The business practices this company uses are downright criminal. They use high pressure tactics. They prey up the elderly and uninformed. Please research them before doing business with them. The financing terms are outrageous, often over 10% APR over a 10 year life. The work is of poor quality. Dig beyond the obvious positive reviews to the complaints section of the BBB website.

This company has been hounding me non-stop to get me to buy their windows. I wouldnt ever buy windows this way.

One of these guys came to my house and gave me a quote on some windows. They wanted $18,000 to do the windows in my home. The sales pitch was good, but high pressure. The guy would not leave my house until we signed a contract, very pushy. The contract had a 3 day cancellation policy. I cancelling and they gave me a hard time about cancelling. I would be very wary about actually hiring this company. They seem very shady. If you were older or not really knowledgable about home costs, you could get suckered into overpaying for their services. I did some web research and it looks like others are saying similar things.

We bought from these guys a couple of monts ago. They are a little on the pricey side. I get a weird vibe from their people. Prolly wouldnt use them again.

These people are horrid. They came to our door and after I told them several times in a polite and friendly manner that we had already completely renovated the inside of our house and had already scheduled for the outside to be redone he still wouldn't leave. Finally when the man realized that I was not going to say yes or give him any contact information he not only started raising his voice about myself and my home, but he started saying things about my children who were inside the home and he never had any contact with. I later heard him do the same at a neighbor's home. Never would I ever do business with a company who hires people who act so inappropriate.

The price they first gave me was ridiculous. After much haggling, they came down $4000. So I had the work done. A bath re-do. The first time someone took a shower (2 days later per their request), I had a huge shower through my ceiling in the living room. Called them and they came back to repair. The drain pipe wasn't connected securely. The ceiling fell down due to the amount of water. They patched the ceiling over a 4 week period, but never came back and sanded it. They let me know it was up to me to buy the paint and repaint the ceiling. I finally gave in and hired someone else to come in and sand the ceiling, and I re painted it. A really bad experience for the thousands of dollars I paid, and my wasted time waiting for them to correctly fix their error (which they never did). After several complaints to them they send me a $25 gift card to Lowes. LOL Would not recommend them!!

The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. I liked the demonstration of how well the product worked in comparison to competitors, but the overall presentation and estimate was 3+ hours and took up our whole evening. We filled out some financing paperwork and were told what our monthly payments would be. Then a couple weeks later we were contacted by an actual finance person with the company. We had thought that the financing was already taken care of and finalized but our payments ended up being a good bit higher than what we were originally told. Felt pretty deceived but we went through with it.



The windows were just installed over the last two days. They said they'd be at the house between 8:00-10:00 the first day, but it was rainy so they changed the time to noon. By noon it had cleared up but they still were not on time. We were given a survey to rate several factors of the installation. The installers were friendly and informative. One of the rating factors was the condition of the company truck and if it had the logo on it. This truck was kind of beat up, had no logo or signage, and they arrived with a washer or dryer in the back end. Not a professional look but not really a big deal to me either.



They didn't stay late the first day due to them having to leave for a meeting. They really stressed wanting to get an early start the next day because we're over a 2 hour drive from where the company is based, and asked if 8:30am was alright. So my boyfriend who works 2nd shift and would've been sleeping at that time got up and waited for them, which wouldn't have been a problem except that they didn't show up until after 11:00! They said one of the installers didn't show up and they were trying to track him down. I realize stuff happens but a phone call would've been nice.



Most of the windows were placed fairly quickly. 3 of the windows looked like they weren't measured right and are significantly smaller than the originals. They rigged something up to make them fit. I feel they should be replaced with the proper size. Evening was fast approaching and they were racing against time. Since we are a long drive away, they were determined to finish the job that night and it was going on 10:00pm before they left. They were outside caulking in the dark. I have no idea how they could even see what they were doing and question the quality (haven't had a chance to look it over closely in the daylight yet). My boyfriend already noticed a spot where caulking was missing and a scratch on one of the frames when he came home from work last night though. I think overall they did an okay job, but okay isn't what we were looking for. For a job that cost over $14,000 and came with a sales pitch of being the best of the best, those windows should be practically flawless. I feel the job was rushed and quality was compromised.



I still have to contact someone at ImproveIt after inspecting everything closely in the daylight, but I think touch ups are needed. Time will tell if this is a company I'd ever use again. Depends on how their customer service is after the installation and if they stay true to their warranty. If things are fixed to my satisfaction I would probably change my rating to 4 stars.

We just had our bathtub redone by Improveit. They were out and finished in a day in a half. It looks AMAZING!!! I knew it would be a good job but this is even better than I had envisioned. It doesn't even look like the same bathtub. We had a party the weekend after it was done and I loved showing it off:) I would recommend their work to anyone and everyone I know! The salesman was very nice and informative and the installer was wonderful!

ImproveIt was very easy to talk to. I love my new windows and what a difference they make. I had 1 minor thing that needed fixed and had no hassles when I called for service. Thank you.
