On January 24, 2023 we had to take my sons dog in to be put down. We all were just sick over it. We first were checked in and then Jimmy the tech came and spoke to us so rudely and said they had to take Fendi to the back to put in a cath. I ask could the Vet please do it in here so we don't have to move her so much. In a very hateful tone he said he would ask the Vet. About 15 minutes later the Vet came in busting through the door like the Kool Aide man raising his voice saying he isn't going to have people standing over his shoulder and ranted on for a bit then walked out. Then a girl came back said she would check me out and said that will be $253.00. At no point did anyone ever mention the cost until they already had Fendi in the back ready to be put down. I gave the girl my credit card and ask if there was a manager there. I walked up front to ask for the manager and I ask the girl if they have had complaints on Dr Queller and she just dropped her head. My son came out and said the office manager was in the room. We all advised her how rude the Vet was and how unprofessional he was with us. Then the Vet came in and saw the office manager and he changed his tune how he was talking to us. We all were taking to the back to be with our pet. Once Fendi was put down he ask my son where he parked he said out front by the front door where my husband was carrying Fendi we were taking to the lobby where sat a man with his dog. Here we are 4 of us with our dead dog while someone was in the lobby and employees at the desk chatting. I will never step foot back in that place again. So, I call Healthy Pets of Wedgewood to speak with Dr. Taylor who was out of the office on business. He did call me on Monday and advised me that his Mother is the actual owner. He then said he would call me back within 24-48 hours and it is Friday morning and still no call back. I have even called back Wednesday and Bailey advised he leaves early onTues and off on Wed. so its Friday no call back.

Dr. Queller is the best. He has bent over backwards to help us with our pets. We have had some very bad luck lately but I could always trust in his knowledge, skill and compassion. He is an amazing man and an amazing vet.

Healthy Pets of Westgate, and the branches in EMERGENCIES, has helped us with six cats (that FOUND US and we adopted)- most living to nearly 20 years. One pup....fighting PAVO and lived; and now a pup with recurring bouts of mast cell skin cancer.

ALL STAFF are kind, caring, compassionate... great control of our pets for various proceedures. They board at reasonable rates, too.

Dr. Q is THE BEST.....known him since he began with this practice.
