I had a roof installed by Buckeye in August of 2009. Recently I went into my attic to replace a bathroom fan and noticed moisture on all the ply wood and also black mold. I had Buckeye come out and do an inspection and I was told "I'm not sure why you are getting the moisture, but the roof was installed fine". He then actually said to insulate my soffit vents because air was coming in from them. I was shocked as his diagnosis of course because air is supposed to come in and escape through the ridge vent. I had 2 other roofers come out and IMEDIATELY they noticed an improperly installed ridge vent. Buckeyes response was "those roofers are liars". I kid you not that's what I was told by their "adjuster". I am in the midst of a major insurance battle and a roof that in 2009 was dry before they installed it and now I am stuck with mold and moisture and water coming in!! I was told their "install warranty" was 2 years (even though I have a 30 year shingle). They wont stand by their work and I am out over 10,500 to them in 09 and looking at another 15,000 to get fixed now. Please read this and consider your choice. I am devastated as my family can't afford this.

great work. just had my roof replaced and siding and didnt even pay my deductible

I had old box gutters and hired buckeye roofing and restoration to remove and replace with new 5 inch gutters. They also did new fascia and sofits. They did excellent work.

I recently hired Buckeye Roofing do replace my roof and siding that was damage during a hail storm and I was very pleased with the experience. The staff was very easy to work with and roof and siding look amazing. They also helped me work with my insurance company. I would recommend them if your roof, siding, or gutters are damaged.

I hired Buckeye Roofing to do part of my house roofing, siding, and barn roof. It was a pretty big job and they did it for the best price and got it done in less then a week. I didn't believe that they could get it all done in the time they quoted, but they actually got it done in a couple of days shorter than quoted.

They didn't do a good job and don't return calls.

Insurance company wanted the roof tarped until a full inspection could be done after a few days of nonstop heavy rain. Charlie (owner) sends a guy out with a ladder and a 5'x10' piece of leftover rubber roofing and puts it on the peak of a 20' x 40' roof....you do the math. Water was coming in the skylights, not the peak of the roof anyway. Anyone with half a brain would know this. Oh yes he did caulk around the chimney with interior latex caulk that streaked down the roof also.$500 dollars for this crap that took 15 minutes and solved/helped nothing. I was out of town or he wouldve been thrown out on you know what. Its a real shame people like this take advantage of others

Buckeye Roofing sucks. They did my roof and I have had nothing but problems. I called the office about 10 times before somebody answered the phone. The owner Charlie said he was going to come out but never did, I had to call anotrher company to fix thr problem. Beware if you us this company

I had the nicest and most friendly sales representative, the office personnel answered all my questions. I reccommend Buckeye Roofing & Restoration to everyone.

I RECENTLY HAD BUCKEYE ROOFING DO MY HOME REPAIRS. I WANT TO SAY THAT I CALLED SEVERAL COMPANIES AND I EITHER DIDN'T RECEIVE A CALL BACK FOR AN ESTIMATE OR THEY WANTED TO SCHEDULE ME A MONTH OUT. BUCKEYE RETURNED MY CALL IN 24 HRS AND WERE VERY PROMPT AND THOROUGH IN THEIR ASSESSMENT OF MY DAMAGES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE.

i would like to start off by saying that Buckeye Roofing and Restoraion was the only company that came out and gave me an estimate on my roof from the wind storm. they met with my insurance adjuster, got my whole roof approved, and not even two days later they came and built out my roof. they didnt take any payment up front as many other companys wanted. my full payment was payed when the work was completed, which i was very very satisfied with. i have since recommened this company to my neighbors, friends and family members, and will continue too.

I received a flier for Buckeye Roofing and Restoration soliciting my business after the recent storms blew through Central Ohio. The flier listed a telephone number which was a non working number. (1st 2 numbers were transposed). I then called the correct number listed on this website. There was no answer or voicemail. Simply 4 rings then disconnect. Poor customer service, cost you a sale. I need a new roof, and completely new siding.
