Foster Insurance Agency Inc

I was insured with this company for several years both for my business and for my vehicles. Every time I ever called to make a payment it would take them five minutes just to track down my account information. They were terrible about returning calls; multiple times when I started a new policy (second vehicle, etc.) I would have to call them several times just to get it written. The last straw came today when I pointed out a very obvious mistake they had made, and they responded by telling me perhaps I should find another agency for insurance. This was their head agent. I own a small business myself and have never once talked to a customer the way he did to me.
