Ouch Piercings & Tattoos

Kara is wonderful, will definitely be back, it's worth the hr drive to be pierced by a topnotch artist. That being said, the girl behind the counter at the front desk however, could be less monotone and a bit more friendly. Doesn't hurt to smile, I promise ����

Called and spoke to Hope about a daith piercing. She was awesome. Went in and she helped me with my selections for now and for when I come back for an earring change. Super sweet!!! Love her. Thanks Hope!!

Rude, customer service sucks! We waited about 15 min before anyone ever came out to help us while a group of workers continued to talk and joke around!

I LOVE this place. I've gotten all my piercings from here (I have 3 different ones). Kara is THE BEST! She only works Friday and Saturday though. Cassidy is great as well. Not a fan of Hope though ����. So if you're going to get a piercing go see Kara! Ouch Studios also gives students discounts!

Went to ouch at around 1030am the tattoo artist didn't show up till after 130 then pulled someone In front of me. On top of it he then took another hour on the two people getting an affinity symbol on their wedding finger took another hour on me only to say he has another appointment and it will be another 60 bucks for him to finish I do not recommend the is moron to anyone next tattoo I will go to copper finch for sure.

About 5-6 years back I was in love with this place, there was this one guy there who knew his stuff! He cared more about his customers than the money. Now the new tattoo staff, at least when I last went in there is ONLY about getting your money and smoking! My tattoo looks like a jailhouse tattoo and it was not worth the price I was charged. Then on top of that I was charged for the aftercare but they didn't even have any aftercare left so they guy told me to come back and he'll take $10 off my next tattoo. WTF???? I was young and dumb, please study up on places you're considering getting tattoos at or piercings. I haven't been pierced there but the piercing staff seemed friendly and cool though. It's just the tattoo side I would stay away from.

Went here with my girlfriend for two tattoos and after listening to Toni waste about 20 minutes with random stupid stories he finally got the tattoo printed out and put on her shoulder. He then walked outside for another 10 minute cigarette break. He acted like he was going to come right back in and do the tattoo without making her fill out any kind of paperwork. She asked how much it would be and he said, "Oh I haven't even thought about that," and then didn't answer the question at all. We walked out while he was still smoking.

I've gotten all of my work from these guys, and they're both professional, dependable, and they do wonderful, clean work. The shop itself has a really good vibe. Everyone there is really friendly and they'll really focus helping you, instead of getting you in and out and getting paid. They're very dedicated to their work, and I love every piece I've got from them!

Walked in a few months ago for a quote, and the guy (not sure who it was) wasn't exactly friendly about it. Showed him my idea, and from probably a ten feet distance, he just labeled it "$100." Got the tat done by a friendlier guy and for cheaper. The results were great, if not better than what I'd expect from Ouch. Body jewelry, specifically gauges, are also ridiculously overpriced. Place isn't all too cleanly looking and doesn't have the greatest of atmospheres. None the less, we bought some jewelry there, but our business with them stopped right there.
