I used to work there. The computers there are loaded with non genuine (Pirated software). Bob, the owner makes promises to fufill the customer's needs, which barely ever comes to fruition. We never got paid on time, our paychecks wouldnt be the full dollar amount and they were a week to a week and a half late. Do NOT buy anything from this place unless you want problems with getting what you paid for or want your computer lost or sold to someone else.

I have read the reviews and claims some people have made. There were some problems when I first went to this shop, but they have greatly improved, and have really done right by me. They sold me an excellent i7 with 8 GB RAM for an unbelievably low price. They got rid of the guy who was causing problems by not following protocol, and replaced him with a lovely young woman who works in front. They have been extremely compassionate and considerate with me while I have been dealing with the loss of my father. You need to be patient, with the prices they offer, they get a backlog of work.

Read your reviews before going here.. This place is a waste of time!!! I was there 10 minutes and 3 people came or call complaining!!!! And the computers are old����

This place is horrible... Sold me two computers that didn't work.. So then Bob told me that he was going to build a computer to suit my needs, and a month later still no computer. He tried to give me another one that did not have everything that was promised.. Will never do business with them again and if my money is not refunded they will be getting sued.. Its beyond ridiculous!!!!!

I got a computer from them, that when it warmed up, the mouse pad would start sticking, thay swapped it out, no problem. Expect some problems, these are not new systems for a C note. I got more than what I paid for:)

This place is HORRIBLE! I dropped off my cumputer for repair on 10/21 and when I called to get an update they told me they could not find it! Still don't have my laptop! They are giving me a run around about who to talk to and telling me they will call me back. Now they say they will replace it...my question is WHEN?!! 2 months and 9 days later and still no laptop. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE CATCHY SIGN OUT FRONT.I can keep going as far as to what I am going through with these ppl, but instead I will leave it at this>> this place is extremely unorganized and unprofessional and have no care for the items left with them. Do not drop off your laptops for repair because you might never see it again.

This place is the worst!!!! I brought a computer in late October that did not work. They swapped me out with three others that didn't work either. Now I have nothing and they continue to give me the run around. Dont deal with these people. The techs are sincere but the owners Bob and Randall are rip off artist and scams. Please dont deal with them....I called and Bob hung the phone up in my face..... very unprofessional and extremely poor customer service skills...Bob is so nice when u are purchasing a computer. Once he has your money he becomes your worst nightmare...

If there was a lower rating, wireless for less would get it. The staff is awesome and handles repairs in a timely fashion..... if the owner feels like fronting the money to.fix anything. I watched him lie to one customer and turn around and contradict himself in a matter of minutes. The owner's character is definitely one to be questioned and I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy....

I bought a computer from laptops for less in ausgust, with an extended warrenty, and by September was having problems. I had to take it in again for a free repair in November. He did give me a loner laptop, but told me it would be a few weeks. It was not until April of this year, that he told me he had to replace the computer. I picked up that computer, and within a month the operating system was not working due to a virus. he fixed that, and then a week later, he had to remove the another virus. his tech told me there were 162 trojan viruses. he had neglected to put on the anti0virus software. i just picked up the computer this past saturday, and now the hard drive is having problems and has to be replaced. my laptop is a ldell latitude xt2. i just got off a chat session with Dell. they do not eveb make that hard drive anymore, and the one that is compatible is over $1,000. i am a media consultant and need my computer for work. this guy in my opinion is not an honest person, and I have even heard of a class action suit that is being filed against him. stay away from this business. his techs seem honest. he does not!!!

This guy Robert (Bob) Pachaly is a rip-off artist that has been scamming businesses and individuals for YEARS. Copy/paste the name into any web browser for information. I have helped several people recover their devices from this worm. BE WARNED!

Got great price for my computer. Bob was very helpful and courteous, and the techs were very good also. R J
