Horrible money sucking salon! I thought I would do something nice for Administrative Professional Day for my office staff so I called and spoke with Chelsea and scheduled 9 people to come in. I've been a loyal customer for 9 months...visiting about twice a week and tip well. I was charged over $7,000 dollars for 9 people to get their hair & makeup done and one of the 9 people was a guy! They tripled the price because I brought in more business?? Charged $275 for a root touch up and blowdry & $100 to put on lashes. When I questioned the owner, JT...he cussed me out, called me a crazy b.tch because I tip so high (his words exactly), said I was stupid to loan his son money and was mad that I would question the amount charged for 9 people - told me I had money and what was the big deal! Just because I have money doesn't mean that I want to be taken advantage of! Josh does extensions but they fall out and he charges $2000 and that does NOT include color, hair cut or style - and Chelsea nor Josh have a clue how to cut the extensions to blend in. Also, Chelsea will try to get you to fund her venture-a boutique in the store and Josh will ask you to borrow $1000 to buy his girlfriend a diamond so she will marry him and JT needs $20,000 to bail him out of this sinking salon! Family run salon with so much drama, it leaves you with a headache and empty wallet!! So, if you visit this salon...BRING THE POCKETBOOK...YOU'RE GONNA NEED IT!! Especially if they find out you have money!

Superb salon,very nice location in the vista and unique on the inside,nice staff and no doubt the best place for cut,color,styles,and extensions! worth the $.........

Nothing special. Don't expect any extra treatment here. No fresh idea cuts. No consistancy in color.

Color not that great.

I recently had extensions by Josh and could not believe that he called himself a specialist. Not only was a overcharged he left my looking like dread locks. You could actually see where the extensions were fused. The quality of the hair also did not look the same. I really felt like I was ripped off I had to return 3 times before he finally got it right .

This salon looks like a professional place of business but is very disappointing in achieving professional salon results. This family owned and operated staff are poorly trained and unknowledgeable as what looks good for the client. The owner raves about his professional training but there is nothing professional about his color or cuts. Be careful and make sure to do research before trusting your hair to just anyone.

I was charged a New york city prices for barber shop quality. I had to return multiple times in an attempt to correct the color and left with unsatisfactory results each time. I became fed up with the unprofessional service and will never return or recommend anyone to this so called "salon".

Finally! A salon where the colorist and stylist listen to you and get it right. Josh did a fantastic job covering my roots and then adding highlights that softened the look without looking like tiger stripes. Jordan gave me a great cut too. Most of the time when I leave a salon I have to run my hands through my hair to tone down the "overdo" that most salons seem to favor. Very friendly environment where they really seem to care about you not just your checkbook.
