        DO NOT MOVE HERE.
        My girlfriend and I recently moved in to our "renovated" apartment and the ac doesnt work and hasnt for since we ahve moved in, we call virshina and the other office lady and to no avail our ac is still broken and we are stuck in this miserable 1 bedroom paying over 200 for electric.

        I would not refer anybody to move into that place. the residence that live there are loud and nasty and the place is run down. there apartments are overated in price and I wouldn't prefer my dog to stay there.
