Capitol Chevrolet of Columbia

I went to them with issue with my Chevy Cruze. Nikki had me get an appointment because they were slammed with customers so i could bring it back and get it looked at that day. I dropped my car off and in an 1 and 1/2 AJ called me back to let me know everything was fixed. Great Customer Service from Nikki and AJ.

Everyone except for the rep in the office seemed to lost. AJ I believe her name was talking to the Rep next to her about my warranty saying I don't see it in system. He replies I see it its end 82000 mile. I Replied that's wrong my paperwork states 2 yrs or 30000. He proceeded to say after looking at the paper .Our system doesn't show that. Pressed for time I left to head back to work. The worst!!

Excellent customer service! AJ is always friendly and helpful.

I did not have an appointment and the service department was able to service my vehicle in a timely manner. Everything was great from checking in to departing and this was on a holiday weekend.
